Question:
I bought a prodigy p2, 3023-p harness. Plugged everything up and the prodigy will not power on exchanged the unit still have blank display. Checked all of my fuses all good. Any idea what could be wrong?

You might want to consult the owner's manual on your 2013 Ram 1500 because sometimes there is more than one fuse for a brake controller and there could also be a relay. I recently was looking at an owner's manual for a different truck and it had a brake controller fuse under the hood and another in the in-cab fuse panel.
You will also need to make sure you are plugging in both of the connectors, truck side, on wiring harness # 3023-P. I have linked a video showing installation of this harness.
If the problem persists, then with everything plugged in use a circuit tester such as # PTW2993 to test the black wire. If there is no power on that wire and all fuses/relays are good and in place, then there is some other issue going on with the truck that the dealer will likely have to track down.
If there is power on that black wire but the controller isn't powering on, then that indicates a problem inside the brake controller, and it will need to be replaced. But with the issue happening with more than 1 controller it seems unlikely that you would get 2 bad ones.
