Dual Hitch Adapter Recommendation for Towing a Camper and Carrying Bike Rack

I have a 2013 Tahoe ltz towing a 2014 freedom 10 ft pop up camper weighing under 2000lbs and would like to purchase this to add my bike rack. will it work?

I have a solution for you, but the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Adapter part # RM-077-4 that you referenced can only be used for flat towing a vehicle.

Instead you would want the part # D210. This will provide you with a lower ball mount portion and an upper hitch opening for your bike rack.
