I have a 2006 longbed dodge. I have a BW rollover gooseneck hitch already. Is there a way to install the 5th wheel around it?

Yes there is. Since you have a B and W turnover gooseneck hitch installed in the bed of your long bed truck already all you need to tow a fifth wheel trailer is the B and W Companion hitch # BWRVK3500.
Or, if you already have a fifth wheel hitch that is designed to fit industry standard fifth wheel rails like the part # 16516 that you referenced you could also use the Curt X5 Fifth Wheel Adapter # 16310 as this will provide you with a set of fifth wheel rails.
