What Gauge Wire Is Required To Use When Installing Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer
Question:
Hello Im thinking about installing the ultra fab power lift II # uf39-941705. What wire size would you recomend to install this unit on a 26foot trailer front and rear with switchs up front. I have 4 different runs @ 30,25,8foot and 6. All will be under sealed cover under trailer. 10-2-1 or 12-2-1 jacketed Thanks

Per the installation instructions for the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer with Dual Motors, part # UF39-941705, 10 gauge wire like part # 10-2-1 should be used, or it will void the warranty for the stabilizer. We do offer the # 10-2-1 wire and you can order it by the foot.
In the instructions it also states that for any runs longer than 15 feet, 6 gauge wire should be used. I have attached the installation instructions for the # UF39-941705 you can take a look at.
