Will my trail-air pinbox L05 155930 fit on my new 2016 Cedarcreek Silverback 31RK.

The Forest River website does not list the OEM pin box installed on the 2016 Cedarcreek Silverback 31RK 5th wheel, so you'll just need to take note of the pin box part number on the pin box's sticker.
With that you can use the linked article to check for the correct replacement air-cushioned pin box that will bolt on in its place. The Trailair pin box you referenced, part # LC158778, is a direct replacement for the popular Lippert 1621. Another pin box that fits in place of the 1621 is part # 5AB-E1621-610 from 5th Airborne. Note that no type of gooseneck adapter should be used with the Trailair.
