As long as you match up the bolt pattern of your current rims with the ones you go with you should have no problem replacing your 6.90 x 9 rims and tires. I attached a help article on determining bolt pattern for you to check out as well.

It is perfectly fine to go with a smaller wheel/tire as long as you have the capacity needed.

The closest we are able to get to the dimensions of your tire size is the part # AM3H410.

This is a 8-ply bias tire and has a maximum load rating of 1,330 lbs at 70 lbs. The combo measures 20.6 inches diameter and the wheel has a 2.5 inch pilot diameter. This comes with a white powder coated wheel. I have attached a product review video for this combo you can check out.
