  I have a solution for you, but the Curt Multi-Fit Hitch # C13900 is not a confirmed fit on your 1992 F-150. If you have a standard bumper on your F-150 you can use the Curt # 14001 and if you've got a deep-drop bumper you'll want to use the Curt # C13099.   For your 2000 Chevy C3500 with the utility bed your best option is going to be a hitch designed for models that have the 10 inch deep drop bumper such as # C13099. that will drop the receiver down far enough but it or any hitch will be recessed a good amount under the vehicle because of the utility body. There isn't a way around that other than to use an extra-long ball mount like # BM20 which is 13-1/4 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the ball hole.
