The Curt hitch # 13326 that you referenced is indeed the correct Class III hitch for your 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 built in July 2002. This hitch offers a 500-lb tongue weight (TW) capacity and includes the required installation hardware. I have linked an installation video for you showing an application in your same truck. Two helpful hitch installation articles are included as well.
If you'll be towing you'll need a ball mount and hitch ball. The recommended ball mount for this hitch is part # C45230 but if you need a different rise or drop you can use the linked article on ball mounts to help you choose the correct one. For a hitch ball you can use either 1-7/8-inch # C40051, 2-inch # 40038 or 2-5/16-inch # C40007.
Towing also requires a wiring harness; you can use # C55504, or part # C55381 if you have the tow package.
