Trailer Wiring Harness Recommendation for a 2010 Lexus RX 350

Hello, How do I tell if my 2010 Lexus RX 350 has factory tow package for your wiring harness? VIN? Thank you!

The most reliable method is to take your VIN to a Lexus dealer and they will be able to say for certain if you have the tow package. If you have the original window sticker for the vehicle when you bought it should be listed there as well.
Or you can look for the plug that the # 118252 would plug into on your vehicle and use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to test to see if the pins of the connector are active. Check out the install video I attached to see how to find the plug.
Otherwise the correct trailer wiring harness you would need is the part # 118478. Also, this harness will work for your vehicle with or without the tow package.
