Could the EZ Heavy Duty Adjustable Hitch with Combo Ball Be Used with a Rock Tamers Mudflap
Question:
does this hitch have enough clearance to fit rock tamer mudflaps? it looks like the angle piece welded on the 90 degree may interfer with them.

Expert Reply:
The Rock Tamers like the part # ERT00108 require only 1 inch between the hitch opening and the beginning of the ball mount platform.
When the EZ Heavy Duty Adjustable Hitch # AM3298 is installed in a hitch it would have more than an inch between the hitch opening and the angle bracket so the two parts should work just fine together. To verify this you would need to measure from the center of your hitch pin hole out to the furthest point out on the hitch opening. If that measurement is less than 2-1/2 inches the two parts should work fine together.
