1-1/4 Inch Trailer Hitch and Wiring for a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country
Question:
All of my bike racks and accessories are 1-1/4 inch from a previous vehicle. Can I install a 1-1/4 inch on my 2016 Chrysler Town&Country?

Expert Reply:
Yes, you can install a 1-1/4 inch trailer hitch on your 2016 Chrysler Town and Country. I recommend Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 36455 which is a Class II hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver. I have included a link to a video showing an example installation for you.
If you want to do some towing I recommend ball mount # 36061. It includes a pin and clip. For a 1-7/8 inch ball I recommend # 19256 and for a 2 inch I recommend # 19258. For trailer wiring I recommend # C56331 to add a 4-Way flat connector to the rear of the vehicle. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
