Will Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller 90250 Work on Motor Home with 7-Way

Hi E-Trailer.I am interested in your Curt Echo Wireless Trailer brake controller. I have a 40foot diesel pusher and does not have a brake controller on it .It does have the Pollak 12-700 trailer plug wired in the rear. would this wireless unit work with this application. thanks.

The Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180 does require a 7-way RV-style vehicle socket on the tow vehicle in order to connect. The Pollak part you referenced is such a connector.

The Echo simply plugs in to your diesel pusher's 7-way and the trailer then plugs in to the 7-way receptacle at the other end. The controller only needs the 12V pin on the 7-Way to be active for power, and it then just pairs to your smart phone via Bluetooth. This is a great option for your motorhome that won't require any additional splicing or mounting inside the coach.
