Can I get just the clamps for this system? I have the crossbars.

If the crossbars you have were purchased after spring of 2014 you can just install the part # RRSX100 on them and they would work to attach to the raised side rails of your 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. If they are older than that then they cannot be adapted.
