Can a 100 Pound Mobility Scooter Fit a Pro Series cargo carrier on a 2014 Ford Focus w/Class I Hitch

Can this carrier be used to transport a Mobility Scooter on my 2014 Ford Focus with a class I hitch? My Scooter weighs around 100 lbs.

Yes, you can use Curt cargo carrier # C18110 on a Class I trailer hitch to carry your scooter as long as it fits on the 20 x 48 inch carrier.
Also, the hitch and the vehicle will have to have tongue weight capacities that exceed the combined weight of the scooter and carrier. The carrier weighs about 45 pounds so combined with the 100 pound scooter that would be 145 pounds. All of the trailer hitches for the 2014 Ford Focus have a 200 pound tongue weight capacity so the hitch would be fine. Check the vehicle owners manual to see if its capacities are listed.
