Timbren helper springs # TGMRCK25D and # TGMRTT35D have different designs. The springs for kit # TGMRCK25D are double-convoluted. For optimal balance between softness and toughness, fabricators choose the double-convoluted rubber spring. Taller than the single donuts, these springs are engineered to deliver superior ride quality and significant load capacity.

The springs in kit # TGMRTT35D are single-convoluted. When space is limited or extra stability is required, fabricators and engineers choose the single convoluted rubber springs. They also come with a 1 inch spacer for each spring to lessen the space between the spring and the axle.

The double-convoluted springs can travel more (more deflection). The single convoluted springs are tougher and will not deflect as much. This is because of the grade rubber used is a little different. The doubles will be a little softer and the singles will be more stiff. When you add all these factors in it accounts for the differences in price.
