Question: Do the wheels need to be re-balanced after installing the extenders. My valve stems on the inner and outer tires are on same side rather than 180 degrees out.

I spoke with our resident tire expert and he said installing extenders, like Wheel Masters 4-Hose Inflation Kit # WM8001, which you referenced, should not cause a problem with tire imbalance. As long as you are not experiencing any problems with the wheels/tires you should be okay.

If you chose to only install the Wheel Masters 4-Hose Inflation Kit #WM8001 on the outside wheels of your dually setup it would not put anything out of balance.

I believe the 2022 Ford F-450 Super Duty has 19.5" wheels, verify this for your vehicle. I suggest the Wheel Masters 4-Hose Inflation Kit, #WM8001 which is for wheels up to 19.5".
