What are the difference between 58058 rails and 30035 rails?

The Reese Base Rail Kit part # RP58058 that you referenced does not include the brackets that go from the vehicle frame to the rails. It only includes the hardware to secure the rails to the brackets.
The part # RP30035 does include the L-brackets that will attach the rails to the frame. If you are looking for a universal rail kit that includes everything needed this would be the one to get. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
