Hitch for 2014 Honda CR-V Capable of Carrying 3 or 4 Bikes
Question:
I own a Honda CRV - 2014. I only see 2 inch openings. Are 4 inch openings available. I would like to tow 3, hopefully 4 bikes on the back of my car.

There are Class III hitches available for the 2014 Honda CR-V that have the 2 inch receiver opening, which would allow you to carry a 3 or 4 bike rack. There isn't a hitch with a larger receiver opening available for your CR-V.
Of the available hitches, I'd recommend the Draw-Tite Class III hitch, part # 75742. You can see the install details and an install video by clicking the provided links.
For a compatible bike rack, the Thule Hitching Post Pro, part # TH934XTR would be a high quality, yet reasonably priced option. The rack features anti-sway cradles to secure the bikes and will prevent the bikes from swinging back and forth. An anti-rattle hitch bolt is included, but a lock is also available as part # THSTL2.
