Reese Elite Rail Kit and Hitch Recommendation for a 2008 Ford F-350

i have a 2008 f350 super duty 8foot bed drw.woundering if this 2011 and up kit will mount to my frame?

To be able to use the Reese 20k M5 Hitch part # RP30921 that you referenced on your 2008 Ford F-350 you will need the correct Elite rail kit for your truck, part # RP30073.
I can't recommend you use a rail kit designed to fit a newer generation of Ford truck.
