After you have installed a 4-Way flat trailer wiring harness on your 2003 Kia Sedona, such as # C55309 you have some options on adding a 7-Way.
If you need only the lights on the trailer to work then you would just need # 37185. The 4-Way plugs into it and you would ground the white wire to the vehicle frame. the other wires can be taped up and stowed out of the way.
But if the trailer has electric brakes or needs the 12 volt accessory circuit to be functions I recommend # ETBC7 which is a kit that includes the # 37185 along with additional parts to make the 7-Way fully functional. You would just need to add a brake controller like # 90885 to control electric trailer brakes.
I have included some helpful links that show and explain the ETBC7 installation for you.
