There is an adapter kit to adapt Signature Series 5th Wheel Hitches to the pre-installed pucks on the 2011 Ford F-350 Super Duty. You would need to use the Reese Signature Series Hitch Adapter, # RP58419. This kit allows the Signature Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches to fit in the Ford installed pucks. Rails are not required if you have the pre-installed Ford pucks. I have included a link below to an FAQ that includes information on the 2011 Ford F Series trucks with the prep package.
If you have an M5 series 5th Wheel Hitch, like the Reese M5 Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, # RP30921, that you referenced, no adapter is required.
If you already have a 5th Wheel trailer hitch and it is not a Signature Series or Elite series, there is not adapter that can be used to install it on 2011 Ford trucks with the pre-installed pucks.
