My contact at TowReady, maker of the wiring harness # 118597 that you referenced, advised that this 4-pole kit should work on your 2015 Nissan NV200 although the harness hasn't been formally tested on the 2015 model year vehicle. Since it does fit the 2014, which is the same generation, the odds are that it will fit and work just fine.

You can easily check the fit of the harness in advance of purchasing it by taking a look at the harness' connectors shown in the linked photo. If the connectors at your taillight assemblies look like these - one is a male and one a female - then you can be comfortable that the wiring is compatible.
