Troubleshooting Installation of Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness on 2012 Lexus RX 350
Question:
Plugged this into connector behind drivers side bumper just like instructional video...Curt Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring for the 2012 RX 350 by Lexus. The fuse box has a 30amp fuse in the towing slot that checks out. One of two possibilities...there is no power at the connector under the bumper or the issue is with the 4 prong wiring connector this is unlikely as it was new from you guys. What am I missing? Thanks for your help.

One possibility is that your 2012 Lexus RX 350 may not be equipped with an active tow package. The plug may be there but the necessary connections may be missing. I recommend checking with your local Lexus dealer to determine what is needed to activate the towing package. Some vehicles will need to be reprogrammed at a dealership to allow this wiring harness to work.
