Hitch and Boat Towing Setup Recommendation for a 2003 Toyota Camry

Does the class 2 trailer hitch on the 2003 Toyota Camry can tow up to 3500 pound. Just wondering because Im towing a boat. Thank.

What that means is that the hitch has the capacity to tow a 3,500 lb trailer.
