Hello, I have been searching and searching and I cant find an accurate answer to my specific needs. Will you please link me to the products I need for a 1974 Chevy C10 - Shortbed - with a roll pan - I am looking for a hidden hitch that will come out from behind the license plate. Also any necessary wiring harness and accessories. I already have a brake controller. Thank You.

We do offer a trailer wiring harness that is designed to fit your 1974 Chevrolet C-10 Pickup truck.
You will need to first install a 4-way harness and then a 7-way to use the brake controller. The wiring harness I recommend is the Tow Ready T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, part # 118311. You simply locate the connection point along the truck frame rail and plug in the connector, attach the ground to clean bare metal and you will have a 4-way harness at the rear of your truck.
Since you mentioned a brake controller, you will need a 7-way connector at the back of your vehicle. I recommend part # ETBC7. You will need additional wiring when installing the # ETBC7 so I recommend part # 10-2-1 which is jacketed 10 gauge 2-wire and part # 10-1-1 which is 10 gauge primary blue brake wire.
When working with electrical connectors I recommend using dielectric grease like part # 11755. This keeps dirt and moisture out of the electrical connections and helps prevent corrosion.
You want to make sure you have the right brake controller for the trailer you are towing. If you find they are not compatible I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Brake Controller, part # 90195. This is one of our most popular because it is easy to install and operate. This brake controller is a proportional controller for electric or electric-over-hydraulic trailer brakes. I have attached a link to an installation video for the P3 you can check out.
The trailer hitches we offer that will fit your truck are designed for standard and deep drop bumpers. One of the hitches we offer that is designed to fit your truck, part # C14082, has a measures 5 inches from the top of the mounting bracket down to the top of the receiver tube. I am not sure if that would place the receiver opening located behind your license plate as you mentioned. I spoke with my contact at a manufacturer and they told me they do not have a hitch designed to work with a roll bumper
You may be able to have something fabricated that will work for you.
