Replace a missing Thule key with this equivalent part.I purchase extra keys and locks from etrailer as they have them in stock all the time. I don't have concerns about buying used Thule products as etrailer is the place to purchase replacement parts. The key that I purchased fit the lock cylinder like a glove.
eTrailer had the key to my Thule rack that has been on my car for the last 25 years. They got it to me very quickly and it worked like a charm. Very happy with eTrailer!

I bought this hoping it would fit a Y002 branded lock cylinder on a Harbor Freight universal roof crossbar. It did not. No fault of the seller, I knew it was a gamble. There is obviously more than one brand of lock cylinder with the Y002 designation.
They did a great job communicating and letting us know when it shipped, and making it easy for us to track during shipping.
I had a SEARS SPORT 20-SV (roof top cargo carrier )with lock numbers 2818 right above where you insert the key. I just added the letter (N) before the. So I ordered N2818 and it worked perfectly!! Two day shipping was right on time.

Thank you for trying to supply a replacement key for my roof rack. Sorry to say that neither key that was sent worked in the SportRack.
I spoke to Thule. They indicated there are NO replacement keys for my particular roof racks. Not these. And NOT the other ones the next Customer Service Rep said would work.
I was pleased that I was able to find the key that I needed. (I couldn’t find it on the Thule or Sportrack web sites.). Shipping was fast and the key was a perfect fit.
I appreciate etrailer keeping these in stock when they were difficult to find from Thule. Good, prompt response.
