Does Inno Locker Watersport Carrier Fit Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars
Glad you asked, and it does, but you'll need longer bolts for the clamp-on version of the Inno Locker, or you can use the channel-mounted version. The reason for that is the clamp-on Inno Locker mounts to crossbars up to 1-1/8" tall, and the Rhino-Rack Vortex crossbars are 1-3/16" tall. Can Inno Locker Watersport Carrier # INA446 Fit Rhino Rack Roof Rack ROC25
If you use the long bolt kit part # INISF722 with the Inno Locker Watersport Carrier # INA446 it will fit the Rhino Rack Crossbars part # RR62XR that you mentioned. The bars are 1/16 of an inch too tall to fit without the adapter.

I recommend the Inno Locker Watersport Carrier w/ Crossbar Pads # INA446 for the factory crossbars on your 2021 Mazda CX-3. This kit fits crossbars up to 3-1/2" wide and 1-1/8" tall.
