A year later still working great, still tight, still pulls a trailer.
Brand new in box with hardware. I didn’t have the heart to drill a hole through the bumper cover to attach tapered bolt so I removed the whole bumper and then installed the product. Looks good can’t wait to use it.
Product shipped and received on time. I'm very happy with the hitches. All hardware was included with instructions on installing hitches.
I think the hitch is of good quality. My only problem was, I have a jeep high altitude and the instalation video is for a basic Jeep Gladiator. My bumper has a lot of sensor cables and it took me a long time to figure out how to remove the bumper.

Good part that I looked for exact part is because when I bought 2022 Jeep Gladiator on a parking lot (not order it at the factory), its tow package was partially parts. So, I needed to buy trailer hitch receiver. Now, it is a complete package with adding trailer brake controller.
Hitch came quick, installed in about an hour! Removed bumper for a clean look. The hardest part was making sure you have all the right tools and my husband installed it

Excellent, no problems at all!
Watched installation video and it helped immensely.
Installation was as easy as it looked.
I will be returning this hitch it was cross threated and I am unable to use it. This purchase has been a bad experience for me.

Super easy to install. It took 20 minutes. My only issue was finding a 1/2in hex bit socket to shoot the large top bolt. It's not a common size. Once that obstacle was overcome, installation was a snap.
My bike rack and trailer are secure and safe on the hitch. I'm happy with my purchase.

It's a nice design and easy install.
Unfortunately I had to get a load bearing hitch due to my travel trailer. Even though this held fine I realized in the description it wasn't designed for it so therefore I had to replace it with a full hitch.
Had I not had to the build quality of this product was very nice.

The threads are coated in powder coating rendering them useless, called Etrailer who referred me to Curt. Curt has been no help.

I would highly recommend getting some pictures of the threads and contact the manufacturer directly.
Product bolts right up to the factory mounts on Jeep Gladiator that didn't come with MaxTow options such as the Sport Edition. Manufacturer originally intends for this to be a ball mount through the bumper. Haven't tried to tow anything, but I bought it for a "t-Bone" hitch extender for Kayak hauling. Should work fine.
Side note: this hitch adapter can be installed without cutting a hole in the bumper, but have to remove the bumper to drive in the 1/2" Allen bolt. Another tip would be to leave only 1 thread left on the wire guides so you can seat the carriage bolts into the flat "tube" washer. Once these nuts are ran up almost to the frame by hand, you can pull the wires off and use an impact to drive them up to place and torque.
Nicely put together with a great coat of black epoxy or acrylic. This is the third Curt Hitch I've bought and the SECOND time that the threads are distressed or marred preventing threading of the main bolt. The first time it was welding spatter. I have NO idea what it is this time but there is NO way to thread the bolt without risking cross threading. Going to cost me another half hour or more to diagnose and clean the threads...
Came in quick and installed perfectly. Definitely just take 2 bolts and 4 nuts off and remove bumper so you don’t have to cut hole in plastic bumper cover.
Easy for us to install ourselves, never an issue with the hitch.

The part was a perfect fit. A bit difficult to install because of the nature of my bumper/tow bar on my 2023 Gladiator. I called for technical assistance and Mike was very helpful. Eventually I was able to snake the bolts into place and complete the installation. A good purchase and experience.

Great! A little rust, but works it works great. Took only 10 minutes to install and Ive used it numerous times.
