Hitch is great. Only issue I have with it is it slightly point down so my Kuate bike attachment looks like it’s sagging from a side view. Other than that easy install good quality. May add washers to the front and middle bolts to try and level it out. Also maybe opening of hitch is slightly larger. Mounted on my Tahoe no sag looks level.
Just purchased on sale !! Waited and was glad. It came with everything I needed accept the wiring for lights. Installed & torqued bolts & red lick tight in 25 minutes. Super easy. My Curt hitch went on with no trouble at all. Fishing the bolts was a little difficult, not with the hitch but with my Escape, some idiot at the Ford factory filled the end of the frame that I had to pull the bolts thru with foam half full. The hitch is solid and fit perfectly on my car. Great price, Thanks

As a professional mechanic I can say this is a very easy and quick install. Took about 20 minutes to install by myself, everything fit properly, and no special tools or drilling required. My motorcycle carrier fits perfect.

This heavy duty Curt hitch fit perfectly on my 2004 Ford Escape. Great price for a quality product that shipped out on time for free. I installed it myself after watching others do it on Youtube. The included instructions could be much better but watching the videos saved me. Also having some extra help lift and hold the hitch in place to bolt it on would be nice. Be careful not to push and lose the loose bolts back up into the frame when attempting to mount the hitch. I prevented this by wrapping a thin wire around the top of each bolt stem to prevent them from going back up into the frame. Once the nuts were attached I simply pulled the wires off and finished tightening the nuts. I also bought a light wire kit that worked out fine.
Great receiver. Tow our trailer-tri sailboat all the time with it. Install was easy and so well matched it looks professional. Fit and finish top quality.
Highly recommend this to anyone with basic mechanical skills, a couple hours sparw time and the desire to save hundreds over pro install.

Took me 20 min to install. Fish wire that comes with the hitch worked great for installing the carriage bolts. Hitch is high quality and fit perfectly.
Looks good, fits perfectly. Installation instructions aren't the best but help from etrailer YouTube video made it easy. Overall I am very satisfied!

The instructions were not as clear as they could have been, I had to enlarge one hole on each side which was not hard. Besides that everything went very smoothly and everything bolted right up.
Very pleased with the speed of delivery. I had a problem with a vender but etrailer took care of it and kept in communication with me through the whole situation. Would highly recommend this company.
