Product arrived on date expected. Box was quite mangled and not made of the strongest cardboard. I was concerned that something may have fallen out, but it appears that all contents are there. Bracket looks solid and the directions read well and are easy to follow. Looking forward to mounting the winch on my ATV. Easy to use website to find bracket specific to my ATV. Great customer service.
