  • What is Needed to Install 30 Foot Alpha Systems Superflex TPO RV Roof Membrane
You'll need adhesive, sealant, and butyl tape for the install of the 30 foot Alpha Systems Superflex TPO RV Roof Membrane - White # AL32CV. There is a kit with all of this included so you can get your RV roof repaired, and all you need is the Alpha Systems RV Roof Replacement Installation Kit for Roofs Over 26' - White # AL74UV.

  • Additional Things Needed to Install the Alpha Systems Superflex TPO RV Roof Membrane
The Alpha Systems Superflex TPO RV Roof Membrane # AL62CV is not able to seal on it's own so we'll need to get you some equipment for the installation, and for that I recommend the following kit: - Alpha Systems RV Roof Replacement Installation Kit # AL74UV Using a whole kit like this might seem like a little overkill since you're just replacing the membrane, but more times than not the roof is in worse shape when you get up there, and there are more things to have to replace than initially...

  • Can I Patch My RV Roof Top Membrane Instead Of Replacing It
After speaking with out expert install team I would NOT recommend patching or replacing only part of the membrane. It will just set you up for future leaks and other problems where the seam will be. Since you will have to remove the trim around the unit to fix it anyway, it would be wise to just replace all of it. I'd rather do the job once and not have to redo it again for a long time. If you need to purchase a new membrane kit we have the Alpha Systems Superflex TPO RV Roof Membrane...

  • Ratio of Non-Sag and Self Leveling Sealant of Alpha Systems RV Roof Replace Install Kit
The proportions of what comes with the Alpha Systems RV Roof Replacement Installation Kit for Roofs Over 26' # AL74UV was designed based on the same proportions of what you'd use when installing the roof. Self leveling sealant serves the purpose of leveling itself totally flat before curing which is great for on top of the roof whereas the no sag is great for the sides where you want it to hold it's shape after you apply it.

  • Thickness Of The Alpha Systems Superflex TPO RV Roof Membrane
The thickness of the Alpha Systems Superflex TPO RV Roof Membrane # AL55CV is approximately 0.03", which is roughly the same thickness as a credit card. This is the typical thickness for all RV roof membranes on the market.

  • Question About a Product
Hi Christopher, There unfortunately isn't a guide to tell us the exact part numbers for the vents, skylights, etc. on your Passport. We offer a variety of plumbing vents and 12v fan vents but we unfortunately do not offer skylights. If you want to send some pictures and measurements on the plumbing vents in then we can figure out the best replacements, for the 12v fan vent I'd want your opinion on the features you'd prefer for the roof vent. • What is the Difference Between TPO and PVC Roof Membrane
The only real difference between the Alpha Systems # AL74UV and the LaSalle Bristol # 3441700534142711440 is that the Alpha Systems is made of TPO which is a bit less flexible than Elvaloy-based PVC that # 3441700534142711440 uses; PVC is going to be a bit more durable and puncture resistant than TPO. Also, the two types of membranes can be used together so you'd be able to use the two at the same time if you wanted.
