Trailer tires should have ST in front of the 215/65R17 tire size. This stands for Special Trailer and tells you they are specifically designed for trailer use having a stronger sidewall than automotive tires. I cannot recommend using a vehicle wheel in place of a trailer wheel for any period of time. Passenger vehicle wheels are not manufactured the same as trailer wheels and not made to handle loads like trailer wheels.

It is possible but unlikely that a trailer manufacturer would use different size special trailer tires on the front and rear axles of one of their trailers. For a steel trailer you can use a 20 Ft 4-Way Trailer Wiring Harness # A20WB. This harness only has a 30" ground that will attach to the trailer frame and all the lights will ground to the trailer frame to complete the circuit.

Your trailer tires work out roughly to be the same size as a 225/70-15 tire or a 215/80-15 tire. By my calculations the 225/70-15 tire is 27.4 inches tall and 8.9 inches wide and the 215/80-15 tire is 28.6 inches tall and 8.5 inches wide.

From the looks of the photo you sent it does not look like you have an OEM suspension system on your boat trailer. I recommend securing the suspension rail to the trailer frame in a more secure manner like drilling and using bolts so that it does not shift.
If you look on the frame of your trailer there should be a plate with the trailer VIN number and the axle capacities of the trailer. You will want to pick leaf springs that are as close to the axle capacity as possible.

If everything on your trailer is still original, you can get the VIN for the trailer and contact the manufacturer, and they should be able to tell you what the components are on your Northwood Nash 22H. the VIN should be on a sticker or plate near the front of the trailer, and can sometimes be on the inboard side of the trailer frame.
