It sounds like you are looking for a snap in plug like the # LHSI60C which fits on a Wheel Center Cap # LHCS102-SI60C. Unfortunately I have no way to see exactly what parts were installed by the manufacturer for your 2009 Quicksilver Livin-Lite 5.0 Tent Trailer. Instead I can tell you the plug fits a 2" hole while the center cap fits a wheel with 5 lugs and a 3.19" pilot diameter.

So the lamps you're replacing look like the # 30-92-003, but the mounting holes are in a different location, is that correct? Finding the part numbers of the original lamps on your trailer would be the best bet. I recommend replacing your entire brake actuator on your 2000 Jayco 12 tent trailer. The Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator # DM72VR is a bolt on actuator that will mount to your 3" channel like the Atwood 85830. This is the best route to go as it is nearly impossible to find any parts for the Atwood actuator since it has been out of production for so long.

According to specs found online, the Jayco Baja 12E has a GVWR just north of 3000 lbs, which means it should use a hub with a 10 inch inside diameter. Please measure the inside diameter of your brake drums to confirm. I've provided a photo showing where to measure.

A similar leaf spring that we have is the Universal Group 2-Leaf Slipper Spring # e29SR which is 30" long and rated for a 1,800 lb axle. The 30" is measured from the center of the eye to the end of the leaf spring (see attached picture). The spring is 1-3/4" wide and has an eye diameter of 9/16" with the bushing.

To determine if we have an axle that will fit your trailer I will need a little more information. Take a look at the pictures I have included that show where to measure on your existing axle. I would also need to know the gross trailer weight capacity rating of the trailer. I found a figure stating that the trailer weighs 1,755 pounds but does not indicate if that is the dry weight or the gross weight. I believe it is the dry weight.

Although I don't have a reference that would tell me what roof vent lid your Palomino Tent Trailer used, I'm pretty confident I know what you need. Given your description, if the vent uses a continuous rolled hinge like what's shown in the photo I've provided, the # BV0554-01 from Ventline would be a good replacement. I believe that you're talking about the M8 x 20mm Hex Set Screw # RR27UB and M8 Channel Nut # RR59TB that secures the Backbone Mounting System to the Pioneer Platform Rack.
