The 3066-P only fits Mercedes vehicles. I am not sure why that website listed it as a fit for a BMW but that is incorrect. Sounds like you have a factory 7-way though which we have a very easy brake controller solution for with the Curt Echo Mobile part # C51180 which basically fits any vehicle with an active 7-way and once synced to a smart phone is ready to tow.
