My recommendation for a flat 4 pole trailer wiring is ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT. This will not require any splicing or cutting of your 2017 BMW 5 Series tail light wiring, but will simply clamp over the existing tail light wiring to retrieve the signal. You will then need to run the black wire to the positive terminal on your battery, then connect the white wire to bare metal for a solid ground connection.... view full answer...
I confirmed with Thule that Thule Wing Bar Evo 118 Aluminum Cross Bars - 47" Long # TH711200 will work for your 2017 BMW 5 Series GT. You will need Foot Pack # TH460R and Fit Kit # THKIT3169 to install the cross bars onto your roof's fixed mounting points. This will not clamp to the door frame of your BMW.
This is a low-profile aerodynamic cross bar which will be quiet and reduce wind noise/vibration. This cross bar setup has a weight capacity of 165lbs and has a built-in top channel... view full answer...
In order to install a US 4-way on a 2006 BMW 530 with Euro 7-way, you'll need to install a new trailer wiring harness and just splice into the tail light circuits. The Upgraded Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 119178KIT will work well for this and it comes with everything you need. They don't make an adapter for this which is why you will need to splice but you can also keep your Euro 7-way as well with this option. view full answer...
My trunk bike rack recommendation is the Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms, part # Y02634. The nice thing about this bike rack is that it can be locked to your 2019 BMW 5 Series and you can lock the bikes to the rack. Your beach cruisers will typically have curved top tubes, which can make loading them on a bike rack tricky. If your bikes do not have conventional top tubes, you will need top tube adapters. They go between the handle bar stem and the seat, creating... view full answer...
You're in the right direction for the Class I hitch, as the Thule DoubleTrack Pro XT, part # TH92BJ is a great choice for a lot of different bikes.
The DoubleTrack is fairly easy to load and the unique way that the frame clamps are mounted on the bike rack allows for you to mount in a variety of ways to the frame. I also appreciate that the DoubleTrack has an integrated lock system and its anti-rattle and sway is outright impressive.
An extremely lightweight option if you're OK with... view full answer...
For your 2003 BMW 525i we only have a Class I hitch from Curt part # C11179. This is a 1-1/4 inch hitch for lighter duty vehicles like what you have. 2 inch hitches are reserved for vehicles with higher towing capacities.
We don't normally recommend hitch adapters either as they cut the capacity of the hitch by 50 percent. Best option is a new bike rack that fits this hitch size directly.
The most popular bike rack we carry that has been confirmed to fit this vehicle is the Thule Camber... view full answer...
I have a great solution for you. I confirmed with Thule that the Thule OutWay Platform Trunk Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # TH65JV is not confirmed to fit your 2016 BMW 5 Series GT.
However, for a hitch rack that fits your 2016 BMW 5 Series GT, I recommend the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # SH22G. The Kuat Sherpa 2.0 is a top-of-the-line hitch rack that will give you a nice clean look with your BMW. In addition, the Sherpa comes with included locks to deter theft.

On the Thule roof rack, TH753, for the 2003 BMW 530i, you can carry either a cargo box or basket. But the crossbars are not wide enough to carry both at the same time side by side. I have included a link to the installation details for the roof rack below.
I recommend going with the Thule Pulse M, # TH614. With the box, you will be able to lock your cargo inside, the box can lock to the roof rack, and your cargo will not be exposed to the elements.
Make sure that you stay within the weight... view full answer...
In order to install the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 rack on your 550i, you would first need to install a receiver hitch, part # C11381. You can see an install video by clicking the provided link.
The Kuat Sherpa 2.0 # SH12B would be an outstanding choice that would work very well with your 550i sedan. I've linked you to a product demonstration video showing how the bike rack works. view full answer...
Curt requires the use of their stabilizer strap part # 18050 when using their hitch to carry a non-supported load like a bike rack with the hitch part # C11498 that you referenced. It is sold separately. I attached a review video for you to check for the strap as well. view full answer...
We do have a trailer hitch option for a 2014 BMW 535 or 550 model, # C11381 (only receiver is visible). This hitch also fits a 2015 BMW 535i xDrive.
For a 2014 or 2015 Audi A6, any model, we have Curt hitch # C11423 (only receiver is visible).
And for a 2014 or 2015 Audi A7 we have Curt hitch # C11197 (visible cross tube) which fits all Sportback models with gas engines only.
All of these hitches are Class I hitches with 1-1/4 inch receivers and they are the only options for each of... view full answer...
There is a great trailer hitch that fits your 2019 BMW 5 Series, the Curt Trailer Hitch # C11478, which will work on 530i, 530i xDrive, 540i, and 540i xDrive models; the only thing it will not fit is the Gran Turismo model of 5 Series. This hitch is perfect for your vehicle because not only does it not require any drilling to install but it is also almost completely hidden behind your bumper as you can see by the accompanying photo. This is a Class I trailer hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver... view full answer...
My contact at Curt tells me that there aren't any exclusions that would rule out the fit of the # C11381 on your 2014 BMW 550i with the M appearance package. If the rear bumper fascia is different on your vehicle that it is on the standard model, there might be additional trimming involved. I've provided you with a photo we obtained from Curt showing the hitch installed.
I've linked you to the installation instructions for your review, as well as to some hitch install tips you might... view full answer...
The correct hitch for your 2011 BMW 535xi is the part # C11381 that you referenced. For trailer wiring you would # C59236 that you also referenced.
For a ball mount with a 1-7/8 inch ball you would want the # C45581 or for a 2 inch ball # C45572. view full answer...
First, if you cannot find any additional chain information in the owners manual, I recommend contacting a BMW dealer and speaking with a technician. Most vehicles like yours with the larger rims do require Class S chains if chains can be used at all. Tire chains should be placed on the main drive wheels. Since your 535i is rear wheel drive then you will want chains to fit the 275/35/19 rear tires.
If you have very little clearance between the tires and wells, or the tires and suspension... view full answer...
Trailer Hitches can be a little odd the first few times you interact with them, and that's OK because I am here to help. The hitch for the 2016 BMW 5 Series will depend on which model of the five series that you have and if you want to be able to tow with it or not. There are really only two Stealh hitches for the 5 series, but is shows them separately and that is causing the confusion. I will break it down for you.

I have a solution for you but none of the manufacturers we carry have trunk mount bike racks that will fit your 2010 BMW 5 Series Gran Turismo. I recommend installing a roof rack to carry the bikes. A roof rack can be easily removed when not carrying the bikes. I recommend Rhino-Rack roof rack parts # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA and # DK292. The crossbars are integrated into the feet for a sleek OEM look. For a compatible bike rack you can use # RBC035. This is a very stable rack, even with... view full answer...
Any of the wiring harnesses that you mentioned will work with your 2010 BMW 5-series. They are designed to work with pulse width modulation and multiplex wiring which are two different types of systems. Out of the available options I recommend # C59496 because it is a newer design and still offers the circuit protection that the others offer and installs the same way. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you. view full answer...
The best trailer hitch I highly recommend for your 2020 Lincoln Nautilus is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C78KR.
This is the best hitch for your Lincoln because it has a concealed crosstube, is a bolt-on installation that will not require drilling into your vehicle's frame to install, and is made in the USA.
This Class III, 2" trailer hitch is almost entirely hidden behind your bumper, as you can see by the accompanying photo. The hitch has a black powder coat finish to protect it... view full answer...
For your 2007 BMW 530xi Wagon we have the Curt Class I hitch part # C11498 which is a confirmed fit and will work well. The # C19031 would not fit so you would not be able to use it. For a ball mount you'd then want the part # C45510, for a hitch ball # C40018 for a 2 inch ball or part # C40001 for a 1-7/8 inch.
For trailer wiring you'd need the universal install kit part # C59236 which has been tested as fitting your vehicle. view full answer...
