Hitch # 24773 uses a ball with a 3/4 inch diameter shank. The diameter of the hitch ball itself would actually be dependent on which diameter your trailer coupler accepts.
Just based on the weight capacity of the # 24773, you will most likely need a hitch ball with a 1-7/8 inch diameter, like part # 19256.
To find out which ball diameter your trailer uses, I recommend looking on the trailer coupler, as the ball size should be stamped into the metal on top of the coupler.

Given the fact that LED lamps draw only a fraction of the power that a comparable incandescent bulb does, adding 2 extra fixtures should not present a problem in the least, especially since you're replacing all the incandescent with LED lamps. This will seriously decrease the amperage draw and allow some extra capacity for adding the lamps you mentioned. The # 59834 roof rack you referenced is not a fit for the 2012 Mazda 5 models, it will only fit models up to 2010.
Thule does offer a roof rack kit that will fit the 2012 Mazda 5, and it is similar in design to the Rola rack you referenced. The kit includes Thule WingBars # TH711200 or # TH711220, a Thule Podium foot pack # TH460R, and fit kit # THKIT3080.
