The air filter # AR861-348 was designed to work with stock intake system. Regarding the air filter never failing, unfortunately I could not guarantee that but it does have a lifetime warranty.
It's highly unlikely an air filter would collapse and get pulled into the turbo. Also, we haven't had any customers report anything of that nature either.

The 'BB' is actually an '88', which means that the fireplace blower fan is overheating. This most commonly occurs if the vent air intake atop the unit and the mesh on the front of the fireplace is partially or fully obstructed.

These codes are typical after a header install on your 2008 Ford F-150. The 02 sensors have been relocated farther downstream. The 02 sensors take samples at timed intervials based on exhaust pulses and their location. Now that's thrown out the window. They are still taking samples but the timing is off with the exhaust pulse due to the new location.

Normally if an Advent AC unit like the # ACDOM150 freezes over it means the filter is dirty or the air louvers are being blocked. Remove the power and let the evaporator coils thaw and then check the filter and make sure the louvers are properly positioned so that cold air isn't being blown back up into the unit and causing the freeze up.
