For nerf bars, the attachment points are found on the vehicle's frame. This ensures that when you apply weight to the bars, the bars will have a high enough weight capacity to hold. I've installed many running boards and nerf bars, your 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee is a straight forward install and does not require any cutting or drilling to get your Aries Nerf Bars part # AA201001 installed. I have attached a copy of the installation instructions,
The first step is going to be mounting the bars to the body mount brackets. There will be 1 bracket for the front, and 1 for the rear for each side, leave the hardware loose at this point, it helps out a lot with aligning everything.... view full answer...

The Westin running boards are indeed a fit for your Explorer. The # 22-6020-1975 uses existing holes in the vehicle. No existing bolts need to be removed.
The bars themselves are stainless steel, which gives them a good deal of corrosion resistance. The mounting brackets are constructed of powder coated steel. Some occasional preventative maintenance will go a long way in protecting the nerf bars. Apply a good coat of wax on the step bars 2 or 3 times per year.

The Aries Oval Nerf Bars # AA4445032 referenced in your question are confirmed to fit your 2008 Toyota Tundra as long as it is the CrewMax model. I spoke with my contact at Aries and he was unable to verify the spacing of the brackets once they are installed on the truck. Because they are custom-fit for your vehicle, they will actually line up with existing holes in truck's frame for a no-drill installation. Also keep in mind that because of how the brackets mount to the step, the step... view full answer...
On Westin tube steps # 22-5025-1105 the shorter pad will be the front pad on both sides of the 2011 Ford Expedition. You should be able to read the Westin name if facing the vehicle looking down at the pads. If you were inside the vehicle looking at the pads the Westin name would be upside down.
Tube steps nowadays are designed to fit tighter to the vehicle but the tops of them should be at least slightly below the bottom of the vehicle body.

These steps and many other similar products including running boards and nerf bars install to the rocker panels on many different vehicles. The rocker panels are plenty strong enough for the capacity of the steps. The sheer strength and clamp force of a fully threaded in 3/8 inch bolt exceeds what a person weighs. But if you do not want to drill into the truck then you wouldn't want to install these.
I have included a link to all of the step options we offer for the 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500. view full answer...
