The Aries Oval Nerf Bars # AA4445032 referenced in your question are confirmed to fit your 2008 Toyota Tundra as long as it is the CrewMax model. I spoke with my contact at Aries and he was unable to verify the spacing of the brackets once they are installed on the truck. Because they are custom-fit for your vehicle, they will actually line up with existing holes in truck's frame for a no-drill installation. Also keep in mind that because of how the brackets mount to the step, the step can be adjusted a bit along the brackets before actually securing into place.
