The Alumi-Tread Manual Pull-Out Step for RVs # LC432698 can install in place of the MORryde steps you have now. There's a chance the brackets you have now could fit directly or be modified to fit but worst case scenario we have brackets with part # LC301704 that you can attach to your RV frame to mount the steps. view full answer...
If you are referring to the Kwikee RV Electric Steps - 32 Series, # LC3722616. The answer is no, they will install with different bolt pattern. The Lippert Manual Pull-Out Step for RVs, # LC432682 will mount with bolts through the side of steps attaching to a bracket mounted to the RV. The Kwikee 32 Series mount directly to the RV with hardware going through the top plate of the step unit. view full answer...
In regards to Kwikee Electric RV Steps, if you remove the gear linkage from the step this should then allow you to move the steps freely making it easier to access the motor and replace as needed with one like the Replacement Lippert Components 5:1 Gearbox With Motor for RV Steps part # LC62FR. view full answer...

The MORryde StepAbove RV Steps for 23-3/4" to 26-1/4" Wide Doorways # MR48RR was not designed to be stowed from the inside and it can only be closed from the outside. The threshold plate used on the Lippert SolidStep fold out RV steps like the # LC791574 is thin enough that it won't interfere with the opening or closing of your RV door. I've linked to a product demonstration video for you. view full answer...
The only way the FasTen RV Leveling Blocks, part # CAM44512, interlock is by stacking them. They kind of fit together like Legos do. For something on the ground at the bottom of your RV's steps I recommend using a mat, like part # FR48703.
I've linked our complete selection of outdoor RV mats for you. view full answer...
If you are wanting to install the MORryde StepAbove RV Steps # MR98RR you would need to remove the shock rod/gas strut because it will interfere with the step clearance. You can use the Replacement Controlled Motion Hinge for RV Entry Door # LC95VR (black) or # LC22NJ (white) on your RV door which uses Controlled Motion Technology to hold the door open in any position instead of allowing the door to swing freely. This will work with Lippert RV doors as an alternative to a shock rod/gas strut. view full answer...
In regards to the Replacement Step Latch for MORryde Step Above RV Steps part # MR97BR, the latch fits on the left-side only. The latch assembly doesn't work on the rights side of steps due to the angle of the latch. A latch to fit on the right-side is not offered. view full answer...
In regards to the Lippert SolidStep RV Steps like part # LC791572, you can still shut the door with the steps deployed. The threshold plate is very thin so the door would still be able to close atop this. I have attached for you below a photo which shows the steps installed and deployed with the door shut. view full answer...
Outriggers such as # LC301704 bolt to the sides of steps such as # LC432698. The outriggers will bolt to the RV frame. For hardware to attach the steps to the outriggers use # LC118155-72.
The specific location and orientation of the outriggers depends on the RV/trailer. There isn't one set way they would have to be installed. And some applications do not use the outriggers.
The installation of the steps is as follows:
1. Ensure step is completely back up against the step supports on... view full answer...
You can try pulling the MORryde StepAbove RV Steps # MR26RR in at night and lowering them in the morning but it will definitely be difficult to do and I'm not quite sure what you're wanting to accomplish since you'll still be able to shut your door with the stairs out.
If you jump to the 3:50 mark of the linked video you'll see what I'm talking about. view full answer...
It would take some time to install and reinstall the SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps for 25" to 28-7/8" RV Door Frames - Triple - Aluminum # LC791572.
They get screwed in, so it isn't super technical, but doing so every weekend would certainly be a chore. If it's something you do just at the beginning and end of every season then that is definitely doable. I have added a link below to a video install of the SolidStep # LC791572 so you can see how it is done. view full answer...

The back wire on the Replacement Control Unit for Kwikee Electric RV Steps part # LC379146 is for an under-step light which is only available on select models. If you do not have the under-step light then you would simply just not connect the wire. I have attached a diagram for you below that shows the under-step light not to be confused with the actual step light which is carried out by the purple wire. view full answer...
If you're having an issue with the steps fully extending and retracting then that points to the motor. The control box reads the motor's voltage to send the signal to stop the steps so if the motor is not working correctly it will arc out too soon and cause the steps to stop short of fully extending or retracting. The Replacement Motor for Kwikee Electric RV Steps part # LC379147 is the correct replacement.
If the issue only happens when extending then it could still be the motor but... view full answer...
The Removable Mounting Plate for MORryde StepAbove RV Steps part # MR32AR is designed for the first generation MORryde StepAbove steps. The flat plate gets drilled into the floor and then the corner brackets bolt to the steps with the included hardware.

Basically when using a rocker switch like the Single Slide-Out Momentary Switch # 37212095 to control your Kwikee Electric RV Step Complete Assembly # LC3658373 the switch will connect the circuit by rocking to one side, extending your steps, and will sever the connection by rocking back to the other side, retracting the steps.
I have attached a different look at the wiring diagram for you to check out as well. view full answer...
The Lippert part number # LC372261 is the part number for an entire replacement step assembly. The problem is that if you have the 151320 gear box that means that your current step is old enough that there aren't replacement parts for it and you'd need a new assembly which the # LC372261 is the closest replacement. view full answer...
