The difference between a 2000 Toyota Tundra with a towable bumper and a non-towable bumper is that the model with the towable bumper will have a cutout in the center of the bumper for a hitch ball wheres the model with the non-towable bumper will not have a cutout in the center of the bumper for a hitch ball.

If the ranch hand bumper is the same thing as a cowboy bumper or deep drop bumper then none of the hitches for the 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 are confirmed to fit because they are not tested on truck models with alternate bumpers. You would have to put the old bumper back on.

Bumper mount hitch # UF35-946402 is designed specifically for 4 inch square bumpers so I cannot recommend it on a 4-3/8 inch wide bumper. Hitch # BA-100 would be a better fit since it fits 4-1/2 x 4 inch bumpers. All of the other options are either going to be 4 x 2 or 4 x 4.

It will slide right over a 4 inch square bumper, so the diamond plate over the bumper may be tight fit or no fit if it is too thick.
