I have exactly what you will need to carry a bike rack on the back of your RV while also flat-towing your 2005 Nissan Murano. To do this you will need to use an adapter that is specifically designed for this purpose like the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter for Tow Bars part # RM-077-2 which has a 2-1/4" rise/drop. With that being said, if you can find a camper with a lighter tongue weight, you would be fine to tow with a standard ball mount. Hidden Hitch trailer hitch # 75952 is one of the hitches that will fit your 2015 Nissan Murano. When installed we found that the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole back to clear the rear of the vehicle is 4-1/4 inches, see video link.
