Trailer tires have max PSI ratings which they need to be inflated to when the tire is "cold." Cold means when the trailer is inactive enough that the tire is now the same temperature as the ambient air. It does not mean the tire needs to be cooled in any way. If I am not mistaken the 2019 Forest River Cardinal Luxury 3850 fifth wheel has six round foot plates. I am not sure on the size. To get the correct size you need to measure from one side to the other across the bottom of the plate.
