There's only one set of air bags that is compatible with the B&W Turnover Ball System item # BWGNRK1108 and your 1999 F-250. It is the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers item # AL88390. Fifth-wheel base rails and their corresponding mounting brackets like the Curt Installation Kit # C16430-204 for your 2019 Ram 3500 don't actually have a listed weight capacity, as they are made to match the capacity of any 5th wheel hitch that would be mounted. This just means the limiting factor on your setup is going to be the 30K gooseneck adapter you plan on using, or the capacity of the truck itself if it is less than this.
The rails can absolutely be used with your 30K gooseneck... view full answer...

For your 2014 Ram 3500 you have to install a gooseneck hitch either right above the axle or slightly forward. Gooseneck trailers have very high pin weights relative to bumper pull trailers. If the pin weight is behind the rear axle of the truck it will actually unload the front suspension and reduce braking and handling performance to a dangerous level.
The part # 9466 is a confirmed fit for your truck though and would be a great option. I attached an install video as well. view full answer...

I checked with Curt and they have the following note for gooseneck hitch # C65500: When exceeding 20,000 gross trailer weight, a bed floor support should be fabricated and installed to prevent the bed floor from collapsing.
