The four Lippert 35 Series RV electric step items are essentially the same product but they differ in some of the included components. In certain cases the original electronic control unit on the RV unit may still be functional and only the step and motor are needed.

The 8" rise/drop on the MORryde StepAbove Fold-Down Steps # MR98RR is the height between the steps. The # MR48RR you were looking at has a 9" rise/drop meaning the distance between the steps is 9".
The # MR98RR is designed for RVs with a 23-3/4" - 26-1/4" wide door frame, and requires and entry height between 30" - 33-1/2", and the # MR48RR is designed for RVs with the same 23-3/4" - 26-1/4" wide door frame, but is used when the entry height is between 34" - 36".

The difference between the Kwikee 26 Series Electric RV Step # LC371136 and # LC3711363 is that the 363 comes the switch kit while the 136 doesn't come with the switch kit.
Unfortunately just the frame isn't available so if you have pretty much everything already you'll want to go with the part # LC371136. I confirmed all of this with Lippert.

There are a few differences between the MORryde StepAbove RV Steps with Strut Assist - 23-3/4" to 24-1/4" # MR75RR and the MORyde StepAbove RV Steps for 23-3/4" to 26-1/4" Wide Doorways # MR88RR. One of the differences is the doorway width requirement. The # MR75RR is only designed to fit doorways 23-3/4" - 24-1/4" wide while the # MR88RR is only designed to fit doorways 23-3/4" - 26-1/4" wide. Either rack would work well for you, assuming that you're planning on using the rack on a passenger vehicle with a 2 inch receiver hitch. That being said, one of the racks will work with your step-thru bike right out of the box, the other will require that an accessory be used.

In comparing Kwikee Lippert # LC3474453 VS # LC3747451 electric steps (28 Series), I find that the 451 is a basic electric step that goes in or out based on an in-cab switch only. The 453 model additionally includes a control unit, and magnetic door switches that automate extending and retracting the steps. The Lippert Components Kwikee Table Motor and Cable Assembly # LC369529 differs from the Lippert Components Kwikee Step Replacement Kit for 25 SERIES, IMGL/9510 CONTROL # LC379804 in that the latter is for models prior to 2006 and includes the wiring pigtail and controller as well. The Hollywood Racks # HLY64FR weighs a bit above 70 lbs. Motorhome/RV compatible bike racks are built very sturdy for a reason. The relatively long overhang at the rear of the vehicle (when compared to that of a regular passenger vehicle) causes the rack much more bouncing and shock than would be experienced at the rear of a passenger car, truck or SUV. Both the Brophy # AS24 and the TorkLift # TLA7804 are easily removed when not in use- and it's actually recommended that you do so. Additionally, they both weigh in around 26-lbs total, so they're easy to move on and off; so they'd both be great choices for what you're looking for.
