The A series jaws overlap whereas the Q series butt up against each other more than overlap. And the bearing and shaft that the head pivots on is different between the 2. They both have a Gross Towing Weight of 20,000 lbs, a Vertical Load Limit of 5,000 lbs, and a height range of 13-17 inches. From the sound of your question, I assume you meant the # PW3029C instead of "TC3029C." Also, it sounds like you have size 275/70-18 tires on your 2017 Ford F-350 Super Duty (single rear wheel). Per the Ford user's manual, I recommend only using Class S approved accessories.

Jounce-style helper springs are easier to install than air bags since they're less parts involved. Also, once they are installed you basically leave them alone. Air bags need to have the air pressure monitored and changed according to the load that's being carrier. The jounce-style will not impact the ride quality unless there is load present.

Really the only difference is that the SumoSprings # SSR-127-47 have a 1,500 lb weight capacity while the SumoSprings # SSR-127-54 have a weight capacity of 2,800 lbs. So one just offers more support for your 2020 Ford F-350 and would offer better performance for heavier loads.

Yes, the Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter part # RP30156 add 2-3/4" of height to the truck bed and the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter part # DM6175 only adds 2" of height to the truck bed. Therefore, the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter is what I recommend as chances are you will need the hitch height to be as low as possible since truck are getting much taller nowadays.
