Really the only difference is that the SumoSprings # SSR-127-47 have a 1,500 lb weight capacity while the SumoSprings # SSR-127-54 have a weight capacity of 2,800 lbs. So one just offers more support for your 2020 Ford F-350 and would offer better performance for heavier loads.

Since your 5th wheel has a pin weight of about 2,500 lbs I recommend going with the kit # SSR-127-54 so that this can help with all of the pin weight. It's important to note that all suspension enhancement systems are only meant to add supoprt to the OEM suspension and they don't increase the weight capacity of a vehicle.

I reached out to SuperSprings to get their take on this and found that most of the time their springs are not engaged when unloaded. The options we talked about above are 5" tall and the difference between them is their density. Since you are looking at using it to tow a 5th wheel trailer but you're also needing it as a daily driver then the kit # SSR-127-47 would be the better option as it will help give your suspension support, but it will also have less density and give you a more comfortable drive while unloaded.
