I have a solution for you, but the RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # S64025 that you referenced can only be used with the hitch opening on top of the bumper.
Instead you would want the Ultra-Fab 2" Motor Home Trailer Hitch # UF35-946401. This hitch can be used with the opening on the bottom of the bumper. Be sure not to exceed the weight capacity of your bumper, check the owners manual of your vehicle for more info on that. view full answer...

When using a 2-inch hitch adapter that clamps to your 4-inch square RV bumper on a travel trailer you will not want to exceed the limits of your bumper. The bumper towing and tongue capacities may be indicated on the bumper itself, but if not you could check your trailers owner manual or contact the manufacturer of your travel trailer.

Base plate fits for your 2012 Jeep Wrangler vary based on the bumper you have installed. We do offer base plates that will work with Mopar and Warn Elite bumpers, as well as on Jeeps that do not have aftermarket bumpers, winches, and guards, but we do not have a confirmed base plate fit for a Rugged Ridge aftermarket bumper with a winch mount.
