I contacted our representative at MagnaFlow about the MagnaFlow Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System, part # MF16937. He informed me that all the exhausts that they develop are designed to be under 95 decibels from outside the vehicle and to reduce drone inside the vehicle. Also, with the amount of sound deadening material on an SUV, that should help reduce some of the noise. But, with any custom exhaust application, there will be a difference in noise.

There is not a fuse bypass for the 2016 Lincoln MKX because no fuses have to be pulled to flat tow it. I confirmed this by checking the recreational towing section in the owner's manual (pages 267 to 268).

In order to add a 5-way connection to your 2008 Lincoln Navigator you need the Curt Trailer Connector Adapter - 4-Way Flat to 5-Way Flat - Vehicle End # C57187. I do have a recommendation for you as I do not see anyone manufacturing a custom fit aftermarket receiver for your 2006 Lincoln Navigator. Instead you can have a receiver fabricated and we have the Curt Weld-On 2" Receiver # E17 which will make fabricating a receiver much easier. If you are comfortable working with steel and welding this is something you can tackle otherwise you will want to visit a local fabrication shop to have the work completed.
