I do have a recommendation for you as I do not see anyone manufacturing a custom fit aftermarket receiver for your 2006 Lincoln Navigator. Instead you can have a receiver fabricated and we have the Curt Weld-On 2" Receiver # E17 which will make fabricating a receiver much easier. If you are comfortable working with steel and welding this is something you can tackle otherwise you will want to visit a local fabrication shop to have the work completed.
We do have the 4-Way # HM11140495 which you can have installed with the receiver. This will allow you to connect to the wiring used on most small trailers. Or you can add the 7-Way Kit # ETBC7 if you need to tow larger trailers which will require a Brake Controller # 90195.
